Do I need to bring it to you?
It's always easiest if you can bring the device to us at our store for accessibility equipment maintenance. If you are in our service area, we can also come out to you for power chair repair services for a fee. Contact us to find out what option works best for you.
How long does it take to fix my scooter or chair?
It depends on what is wrong with your accessibility equipment. Most power chair repairs can be completed in a day or two, but delays may occur if parts need to be ordered.
